1. Cleaning part
Before milling, the paddy will be cleaned in advance to remove the light impurities and stone by combine screen and destoner machine. And will use the magnetic separator to remove the metal from the paddy.
2.Milling part
The clean paddy into the hulling will be removed the shell, and then will be conveyed into the rice milling machine to remove the first skin. Use the paddy separator to separte the husk and the rice.
3.Grading and color sorting
The rice will be grade two part, whole rice and broken rice, broken rice will be collected , the whole rice will enter the color sorter for further selecting.
4.Packing
The fine rice will be packed by computer automatic packing scale.
