Operation process of rapeseed oil：
There are two main ways to make rapeseed oil, one is the press method, the other is the prepress extraction method, the kind
is.From the point of view of return on investment, production projects with output of more than 30 tons/day are suitable for
prepress leaching.If the production is in the range of 1-10 tons/day, the cost of pretreatment and pressing will be lower.There
are also differences in the equipment used in the two production methods.

1.Squeezing methodRapeseed -- → magnetic separation -- → screening -- → stone removal -- → embryo rolling -- → steam frying -- →
prepress -- → press

2.The prepress extraction method also requires the pretreatment and prepress of rapeseed, which is the same as the prepress
extraction method.After the prepress we get the crude oil and the cake.The oil content of the cake is about 7% and can be
extracted by leaching.Leaching is to use the principle of extraction, choose a kind of solvent and oil phase, after the immersion
of the cake, so that the oil in the cake is extracted from the process.In general, the residual oil of the cake after leaching is
less than 1%.

Both the pre-pressed and leached rapeseed oils contain trace impurities and need to be refined in order to achieve a high
standard of cooking oil that will last longer.Rapeseed oil refining, usually through degumming, deacidification, decolorization,
deodorization and other stages in the hair oil will be harmful impurities and odor substances removed, to get the standard cooking
oil.There are three kinds of common refining equipment: intermittent refining equipment, semi-continuous refining equipment and
full continuous refining equipment.Different output, different budget, different refined oil requirements, the choice of refining
equipment is naturally different
