Working principle The raw material will pour in A hopper, and then will enter the yellow pipe from the feed downpipe.Under the action of the wind,the raw material will enter A discharger, Combine with the action of A air lock, the wind and the raw material will be separated in the discharger. The wind will through the green pipe and then out from the cyclone. After enter the flour roller mill from the A air lock, the raw material will be grinded into flour and then enter the B discharger along the blue pipe, under the action of B air lock, the wind and the flour will be separated at the discharger, the clean wind will through the green pipe and then out from the cyclone. The flour will along the red arrow through the B air lock and then enter the round screen. The qualified flour will out from the middle hopper of round screen and then packed.Unqualified flour will out from the top of round screen,through the guide plate (Cyan) enter the B hopper. When the raw materil in A hopper finished, the guide plate under the hopper will change from A to B for feeding,the guide plate on top of hopper will guide the unqualified flour into the A hopper. Operate like this (From A to B hopper,and then from B to A hopper) for sometimes,until the unqualified products doesn’t incude flour.Finally, the rest material will be let out from the outlet of the machine.

The raw material enter the machine are grinded for 4-5 times , the flour out ,the skin will be continue grinded ,the flour out, the skin out. Next grinding the core for some times, the flour out.
